1. Software & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (software, templates, source code, and website files), all purchases are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Courses & Training

Payments for online courses (live or recorded) are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
However, if a course is canceled by Thivid Tech before it begins, a full refund will be issued.
Missing live sessions does not qualify for a refund, but recordings (if available) will be provided.

3. Services

For services such as custom development, consultancy, or support, refunds will not be issued once work has started.
If you cancel before the project begins, a partial refund may be provided, subject to administrative charges.

4. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product/service.
• You purchased a course or service that was canceled by Thivid Tech.
• The product delivered was defective or not accessible, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to use the product/service within the access period

• Sharing, redistribution, or misuse of our intellectual property
